Capped Plans

Any excess downloads will be charged at $0.07/MB ($7/100MB). Maximum cap applies as per service speed — 256/64 –$51.95; 512/128 – $73.95; 1500/256 – $96.95.

Unlimited Plans

Speed is reduced to 64kbps once the Monthly Download Allowance is reached. Speed can be resumed if requested and additional data is charged at $0.07MB ($7/GB).

Existing customers please note, your invoice should automatically reflect the new change in price, if not please contact us to arrange a churn (charges may apply). Set-Up fees and charges

• Each ADSL Connection incurs a once off set-up fee of $129.00
• If an ADSL link is disconnected within six (6) months of installation

then the disconnection will incur a fee of $79.00

• Changing between plans will incur a fee of $30.00
• Changing the speed of a link (faster or slower) will incur a fee of $30.00
• Optional Static IP extra $5.00 per month

Terms

• Credit terms are strictly in "advance" and excess data billed in arrears.
• Payment must be made on or before due date each month by EFT or credit card auto-payment.
• Unlimited ADSL plans cannot be used as a means of bandwidth supply for ISP (eg: dial-up) services.
• Data uploaded does not count towards the monthly data allowance
• Nominated upload and download speeds are theoretical maxima only, and may not be achievable in practice. Limitations due to constraints in your particular circumstances at your service location are not a defect in service.
• All unlimited products are 'best effort' quality of service. For a dedicated service please refer to our Premium Products.
