From the 1st of June all ISP customers have had the ability to manage their internet accounts, monitor usage, change plans and create e-mail account all by logging into our ISP account management page
http://accountmanage.ixa.net.au By also offering secure on line payments, direct debits and automated monthly credit card payments, you are now able to control all aspects of your Internet service by logging in to our secure account management web site.

FAKE IXA Emails

IXA customer's should be aware that fake emails are being sent requesting IXA account details. IGNORE these requests, IXA does not need you to verify your username and password.
The fake emails you may receive are titled "CONFIRM YOUR IXA.NET.AU EMAIL ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!" and "Dear Ixa.Net.Au Subscriber"
Do not reply to these requests.
Similiar emails are often sent seemingly from banks and institutions, again these should be ignored and simply deleted.
