Your organisation needs an ICT plan!
All community service organisations today are increasingly reliant on information and communication technology (ICT) to perform effectively and efficiently. Following a successful demonstration project, Infoxchange is offering a service for non-profit and community organisations to assist them to make the most of the technology systems they use. ICT systems are an important asset both from a financial and also a workflow perspective. We will conduct an audit of your computer hardware and the software in use. We will also ask questions about your ICT capabilities and needs and discuss how your organisation could make better use of the technology you already have. You will have the opportunity to discuss your IT needs with a person who also works in the not-for-profit sector and understands your perspective. We only need about three hours to work through some questions about your current technology use, how you aspire to work with technology in the future, and perform an audit of your current ICT equipment. After this work, you will receive an instructive ICT Action Plan, to help you use ICT more efficiently. The ICT Action Plan includes: • An inventory of your current ICT infrastructure: computers, networks, servers; Infoxchange has already done more than 100 of these reports, with very positive feedback received. The ICT Action Plan is an extremely valuable document that will assist your organisation in becoming digitally proficient, which leads to greater efficiency, financial savings and better service delivery
