Infoxchange Australia has created a website to assist Victorian community support services, and the communities they work with affected by the Victorian bushfires to access technology support and resources to support rebuilding their communities.

You’d be surprised just how often your carrier charges the wrong call rate, and how rarely they detect it if left to their own devices. It pays to be aware of your contracted call rates, and to check regularly that they are being applied correctly.

Online Identity theft

When on the internet you leave behind virtual footprints. These footprints if they fall into the wrong hands can be used to track your online habits or even glean your personal information. The information you leave behind on the internet is PERMANENT. Users can sometimes have up to 10 online identities, while you may not enter all your personal details in one place it is the footprint you've left through your entire online experience which can be gathered and collated.

Quick Launch Toolbar

Follow these steps to enable and configure your Quick Launch Toolbar.

The Quick Launch menu is located on the bottom left of your screen, right next to "Start".

Renaming more than one file at once

When downloading files from an external device such as a scanner the names of the files can be nonsensical. To rename several similar files at once please use the following steps.

1.Open the folder that contains the files you want to rename.
